As part of the important process for preparing to graduate Future Ready, each CPSD student participates in career exploration and other activities to assist them in creating a High School and Beyond Plan tailored to their future goals.
Xello and SchooLinks
Currently, students use Xello to track their learning targets and create their High School and Beyond Plans.
Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, students entering 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th grades, will begin using a new platform, SchooLinks, to complete this work.
SchoolLinks is a statewide cloud platform that enables school districts to track and monitor each student's High School and Beyond Plan and other learning targets. Part of this process will be ensuring students download documents from Xello which will be uploaded to SchooLinks at the beginning of next year.

How to download documents from Xello
If needed, please create a Xello Document folder on your desktop to save all your documents to.
NOTE: Your desktop synchronizes automatically with your OneDrive.
Download Appropriate Lessons and Assignments
- Log into Xello via Clever
- From the Dashboard: click on the Lesson Icon or the Assignment Icon
- Click on the item you want to download (for this example the Course Planner)
- Scroll to the bottom where the text is "Your lesson: Submitted" or "Your Submission" and click on the submission (for this example "Couse Plan.pdf"
- When the document opens click the save icon in the upper right corner of the web page
- In the Save window browse to the Xello Document folder you created earlier and rename the file to something you will remember
- Click Save
Repeat as needed to download all the appropriate documents for upload into SchooLinks next school year.
